Effects of the introduction of rules on the allocation of resources and their justification

Resumen

Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar el efecto de la introducción
de reglas de forma descriptiva o normativa sobre el comportamiento de asignación
de recursos y su justificación. Participaron 64 estudiantes de una universidad de
Bogotá, 56 mujeres y 8 hombres con edades entre los 16 y los 30 años. Se hizo
una adaptación del Dictator game: cada participante debía distribuir una cantidad
de puntos para sí y para otro individuo; dependiendo del grupo, se les presentó
una retroalimentación negativa y se midió la asignación de recursos, así como la
justificación para hacerlo. Los participantes fueron divididos en tres grupos: uno fue
expuesto a una retroalimentación negativa mediante reglas descriptivas, otro fue
expuesto a reglas normativas y al tercer grupo no se le presentó retroalimentación.
Se registró el comportamiento y la justificación de cada participante antes y después
de la retroalimentación. No se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas
entre los grupos en cuanto a las variables revisadas.
